SEATZONE — Return & Refund Policy

Consumer orders (B2C):
We accept returns of unused, unassembled items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at leexport@gmail.com before shipping any return — a Return Authorization is required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Business orders (B2B):
30-day return window from delivery date. A 15% restocking fee applies to opened/installed items. Customer pays return freight on non-defective returns.

Made-to-order & special-order items:
Made-to-order and special-order items (including container-program and pre-order stock) are final sale. Lead times on made-to-order items are confirmed at order placement and are deposit-based.

Damaged or defective items:
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and report damage within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund damaged/defective items at no cost to you.
