How much is shipping?

Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time we ship within the United States. For international or bulk projects, contact us — we quote freight worldwide for wholesale orders.

Products

What does "400 lb rated" actually mean?
It means the chair is tested and certified by our factory for static and dynamic loads up to the stated rating — including the gas lift, base, and seat pan. Our Heavy-Duty line is rated 400–500 lb, roughly double a standard office chair.

Are replacement parts available?
Yes. Because we control the supply chain, we stock arms, casters, gas lifts, and mechanisms for the models we sell. Ask us with your order number.

Do you offer B2B / wholesale pricing?

Warranty

What's covered?
Every chair carries a 5-year factory warranty, and any defect reported in the first year is replaced directly — no repair runaround. Full terms: Warranty.
