SEATZONE Warranty

Every SEATZONE chair is backed by a 5-year factory warranty and 1-year direct replacement. We built the chair; we stand behind it — no third-party service centers, no ticket-runaround.

What's Covered

• 5-Year Factory Warranty: gas lift, chair mechanism, base, and frame against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal commercial use.
• 1-Year Direct Replacement: if a covered defect appears in the first 12 months, we ship you a replacement part or chair directly — you don't pay shipping, and you don't repair, you replace.

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear items: casters, arm pads, and upholstery worn through ordinary use over time
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications
• Commercial resale or rental use beyond rated capacity (each chair's weight rating is printed on its product page)

Making a Claim

Email our team with your order number, a photo or short video of the issue, and the model. We respond within 1–2 business days with either replacement parts or a replacement chair — most claims are solved with a single message.

This warranty applies to chairs purchased from seatzonepro.com and is in addition to your rights under our refund policy.
