Shipping Rates

All orders ship within the United States. Commercial-grade and Heavy-Duty chairs ship from our warehouse fully packed; larger items may travel by freight carrier and you will be contacted to arrange delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are confirmed and tracking information is sent by email as soon as your chair leaves the warehouse. If anything about your delivery needs coordinating, contact us — a person reads every message.

Returns

If your chair arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll send replacement parts or a replacement chair at no cost to you.

For other return requests, please see our Refund Policy. Because most issues can be solved with a part (an arm, a caster, a gas lift) rather than a round-trip shipment, we ask that you contact us first — it's usually faster for you, too.
