If a caster, gas lift, armrest, five-star base or mechanism on your SEATZONE chair needs replacing, tell us the model and we will quote the part. No guesswork, and no "just buy a new chair".

How it works

  1. Tell us the model. The item code is on the label under the seat, or on your invoice / order confirmation.
  2. We confirm the part. We check it against the model and send you photos for confirmation.
  3. Quote and ship. Price, freight and lead time are confirmed per request before you pay anything.

Please attach photos of the part and of the label under the seat when you can — it shortens the check from days to hours.
